Aneroid Sphygmomanometer

An aneroid sphygmomanometer is a manual, non-digital blood pressure measuring device used to measure systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Unlike mercury models, it uses a mechanical dial (aneroid gauge). The cuff is inflated manually with a bulb, and a stethoscope is normally used to listen for Korotkoff sounds while the pressure is released.
